Foldworks and all the photographers, artists and writers whose work is featured on this site have agreed to allow educational usage of the images where there is no commercial, public relations or advertising aspect. This means, if you want to use any of the pictures in the context of an essay or presentation in college, at school or as part of a course, you are free to do so without asking further permission.
Please contact us if you wish to use copyrighted material in any publication or commercial dissemination.
Course Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and refunds
The information provided is correct at the time of printing, however changes may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If there are insufficient numbers of students for the course to run prior to the start of the course, Foldworks reserve the right to cancel the course and a full refund will be given. Foldworks are not liable for any consequential loss. In the event of the course being full when you apply, we will return your payment to you.
If you decide not to attend the course prior to its start but have already paid for it, telephone notification or written notification must be received (01706 813264, firstname.lastname@example.org or Foldworks 11A Nanholme Mill Shaw Wood Road OL14 6DA) at least 14 working days prior to the beginning of the course. In this case we will refund the full cost of the course. If you decide to cancel your place on the course within 14 working days prior to the course start date we will offer you a place or places on alternative comparable course in the future. If this unacceptable to you we will only be able to refund 50% of the cost of the course for each place you have cancelled. If you leave the course once it has started, we are not able to issue a refund. If you have enrolled onto the wrong course, we are not able to issue a refund.
Upon completion of the booking (online, by phone or in person) you are agreeing to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
Shop Returns and refunds
Foldworks would wish you to be very happy with your purchase. But if you are not totally satisfied with your order, please return it to us. Goods must be returned in the same condition you received them within 28 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund or replacement at your request.
Returning your item
Return your item (you are must pay for the postage and packing upon returning the item to Foldworks), in the same condition you received it with:
· your order reference number (as shown on your order confirmation email)
· Your name and address
· If it's for a refund or a replacement

Damaged goods / Defective goods/incorrect deliveries
Items that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or delivery shortages (pieces, parts or items missing) must be reported within 7 days of delivery, stating the nature of the shortage / damage/defect and your order number. Upheld claims in respect of shortage,damage or defect will be rectified by making up shortages or replacing goods free of charge or by refunding the cost of the goods in question to you.
Shipping and deliveries
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days.
All shipping costs are based on weight and size of the individual item you order.
Once despatched, most items should take between 1 and 5 working days to be delivered.
Europe and International orders
We use airmail service to post overseas. This can take from 3 days to 10 days.
There is a printed paper surface mail service for international (not European) deliveries, which can be up to 50% cheaper than by air but takes much longer, possibly 6 to 8 weeks. Please email your proposed order for a surface mail price.
If you would like to order a large number of items, it may be worth contacting us directly to enquire about shipping costs.
