Lerouge lockdown pinholes

Kate has been making more pinhole photographs with the new Lerouge pinhole camera, responding to the reservoirs on the tops and the dams in the valley, choosing watery subject matter because of the luminosity and liquidity that photography can achieve. While it has tended to be too windy on the tops to get a really clear pinhole photograph it has been more sheltered in the steep sided valleys. There has been a lot of tree felling, thinning, locally with the sound of chain saws as a constant background noise. The marks that are added are from trees that have been earmarked for felling. This series makes a kind of reference to lockdown.
